A detail of Adad Hannah's Eros and Aphrodite, one of the images displayed around Vancouver as part of "Endlessly Traversed Landscapes" a public poster project curated by Natalie Doonan, featuring works by Canadian artists placed in various locations throughout the city, during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Eros and Aphrodite is part of the "Prado Project".

What to focus on 2009

I know that we are almost in the middle of 2009, but I just found this card by Marc Johns, and it's message is always welcome! Johns is a Canadian Illustrator and as he says "He's been drawing since he was tiny. He's not tiny anymore, but he's not exactly big either." More of his work on his blog, site, flickr.
